Vegan Ginger Beef & Bok Choy

  • 300g PlantAsia Tender Diced Beef
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons brown rice syrup
  • 2 heads of baby bok choy


  • Add ginger, soy sauce and brown rice syrup to a hot pan, and bring to bubbling point.
  • Add PlantAsia Tender Diced Beef to pan, allowing sauce to infuse into protein.
  • Cook bok choy in a separate pot of boiling water. Heat for 1 minute, then remove and drain well.
  • Place cooked bok choy onto a dinner plate, then top with spoonfuls of saucy infused beef.
  • Eat immediately and enjoy! Best served with fluffy jasmine rice and a sprinkling of chili flakes.
