Vegan Ginger Beef & Bok Choy

- 300g PlantAsia Tender Diced Beef
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons brown rice syrup
- 2 heads of baby bok choy
- Add ginger, soy sauce and brown rice syrup to a hot pan, and bring to bubbling point.
- Add PlantAsia Tender Diced Beef to pan, allowing sauce to infuse into protein.
- Cook bok choy in a separate pot of boiling water. Heat for 1 minute, then remove and drain well.
- Place cooked bok choy onto a dinner plate, then top with spoonfuls of saucy infused beef.
- Eat immediately and enjoy! Best served with fluffy jasmine rice and a sprinkling of chili flakes.
